Glowstep began as a response to a growing need for humane and structured career transitions.
What started as a small community initiative has grown into a global movement, supporting individuals in career transitions and helping organisations guide talent through change responsibly.

Glowstep began as a simple workshop for people in transition — a safe space to reflect, reset, and regain direction. But we quickly saw the need for more: a companion for every stage of the journey.
